The History of RomeTraveling back in time...to when Rome was still ancient and was an empire, the Roman culture there was very strengthened. They used Latin as their main language, and commonly practiced Christianity. Throughout the history of Rome, Latin remained the native writing language, but for the well educated, Greek became the main spoken language. The Colosseum, was built during ancient times to be the city's arena for entertainment.
